Ya\u015fam\u0131mda derin izler b\u0131rakan ne varsa kalemlerim, ka\u011f\u0131tlar\u0131m, boyalar\u0131m, formlar\u0131mla notlar b\u0131rak\u0131yorum ba\u015fta kendime. Hatta bazen harflerle, kelimelerle. \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcn tad\u0131n\u0131 sonuna kadar \u00e7\u0131kararak. Ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z, kayg\u0131lardan uzak, d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan m\u00fcdahalelere izin vermeden. Bask\u0131lara, tehditlere boyun e\u011fmeden. De\u011fi\u015fen ya\u015fam \u015fartlar\u0131 ile inatla\u015fmadan.
Ne anl\u0131yor insanlar resimlerime bak\u0131nca? Bilmiyorum, \u00e7ok da ilgilenmiyorum. Ne anlamak istiyorlarsa onu anl\u0131yorlard\u0131r. Belki de hi\u00e7bir \u015fey anlam\u0131yorlar. Beni hi\u00e7 ilgilendirmiyor. O da onlar\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckleri.
En \u00e7ok \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe ihtiyac\u0131 vard\u0131r insan evlad\u0131n\u0131n. Ama do\u011fada oldu\u011fu gibi sayg\u0131yla, sevgiyle akarak birbirlerinin ya\u015famlar\u0131na.
\u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck her canl\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zlemidir bazen alenen, bazen derinlerde bir yerlerde. Kimi kavu\u015fur kimi kavu\u015famaz. Ben resimlerimle kavu\u015fuyorum \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fcklerime.
Ruhumun suyu, havas\u0131 \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fcklerime.
Kendimce, kendim gibi ve kendim kadar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fcklerimi ya\u015fayabilmem i\u00e7in sevgisiyle her zaman ve hep yan\u0131mda olan can\u0131m sevgilimin, e\u015fimin, Alt\u0131ng\u00fcl\u2019\u00fcn an\u0131s\u0131na a\u00e7\u0131yorum sergimi. Bize ve bana ya\u015fatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 her bir an, her bir g\u00fczellik i\u00e7in ona hep minnettard\u0131m, hep minnettar kalaca\u011f\u0131m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whatever has left deep marks in my life,
I leave notes about them. through my pens, my papers, my paints, and my forms. First and foremost to myself.
Sometimes even through letters, through words.
Savoring the taste of my freedom to the fullest.
Independent, free from worries, untouched by outside interference.
Never bowing to pressure or threats.
Never resisting the changing conditions of life.
What do people see when they look at my paintings?
I don\u2019t know and honestly, I don\u2019t care much. They understand whatever they wish to understand. Perhaps they understand nothing at all.
It doesn\u2019t concern me that, too, is their freedom.
A human being\u2019s greatest need is freedom. But like in nature flowing with respect and love into each other\u2019s lives.
Freedom is the longing of every living being, sometimes openly, sometimes hidden deep inside.
Some find it, some never do.
I find mine through my paintings.
The water and air of my soul are my freedoms. In my own way, as myself, and as much as myself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I dedicate this exhibition to the memory of my beloved partner, my love Alt\u0131ng\u00fcl
who was always by my side with her love, so that I could live my freedoms.
For every moment, every beauty she gave me I have always been, and will always remain, deeply grateful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
